Meditation 6 (Advanced): Memory Flipping
The Quantum Meditations
The next two meditations I want to teach you come from a field of work known as quantum accessing. It's related to the work developed by Victor Silva. This is kind of a modern type of shamanic timeline work. You can understand quantum work by theorizing that there are many timelines containing all potentialities for all possibilities. Shifting your awareness by shifting your brainwave state into alpha or theta, you then use your imagination to visualize and journey to other points in time. You may fully go in to one point in time, or you may hold multiple points of time at once, while doing things to change your subconscious.
Quantum meditations combine the use of your imagination with the brainwave states achieved through meditation, and they can be used for a variety of things. You may revisit troubling memories and imagine changing them, or you may visualize circumstances you wish to manifest in your life. The key is that your brain does not differentiate between things that actually happened and things you imagine, and so you are able to use your imagination to trick your brain into creating false memories that have a positive effect on your subconscious. You are essentially tricking your brain to store positive versions of memories instead of negative, traumatic versions of memories. It does not matter that they aren't real: your brain treat them the same. The conscious mind revisits the content of the subconscious in order to generate your reality. If your subconscious is filled with negative, highly emotionally charged traumatic memories, it will revisit them over and over and your reality will always be tainted by those negative events. However, you can trick your mind into changing and rewriting those negative memories into positive ones, and your brain will have new reference points for creating your present reality, freed from the negative imprints of the past. This technique uses visualization, imagination, self-hypnosis, brain-wave states achieved through meditation, and the ability to generate positive emotions at will. So you need to be able to do those things before you can do this type of meditation effectively. These next two tools are for up-leveling your life. It's you - version 6.0!
Memory Flipping
Memory Flipping is also quantum work, but it is for traveling back in time to the trauma memories to reduce their charge. Trauma memories are so loaded with emotional intensity and energetic shock that they are burned into your brain and nervous system. Memory Flipping is a technique where you self-hypnotize and bring up the old bad memory, then you flood that memory with the positive energy of gratitude to shift it. You use HeartMath[1] and Tapping[2] while you revisit the bad memory, and you continue to pour positive heart energy into the past, until the past memory starts to shift. You will see the events change, people's faces change, the events change-- the whole thing changes. You are changing the past timeline and creating a false positive memory in its place, which will now become the foundation memory that your subconscious creates from in place of the old negatively charged memories.
Why You Need It
You need it when you have gone over past events so many times you feel like there is nothing left you can possibly process and you're sick to death of revisiting it. You need it when you've tried everything - talk therapy, journaling, making art out it and it still won't shift. You need it when you have watched a pattern play out in your life multiple times and you still can't break the pattern.
